Access, correction, export, and deletion
Data controls
Marketplace Pilot uses identity verification and workspace scoping so another person cannot change or delete a seller’s information.
Disconnect and delete Meta Page data
- Sign in to Marketplace Pilot.
- Open Integrations.
- Find Official Meta Page connection.
- Select Disconnect & delete Meta data and confirm.
This removes Marketplace Pilot’s encrypted Page token, connection record, and pending Page webhook events for that connection. It does not delete information held independently by Facebook. A valid Meta signed-request callback performs the same Marketplace Pilot deletion and returns a confirmation code.
Export or delete a workspace
- Sign in and open Account.
- Select Download my data for a JSON copy of the workspace, excluding provider secrets.
- To delete the workspace, enter the confirmation phrase shown in Account.
- Deletion is scheduled seven days later and can be cancelled from Account during that recovery period.
Deletion removes listings, imported conversations, leads, drafts, experiments, metrics, media, seller rules, integration records, and the workspace account where no other membership remains. Limited confirmation, security, billing, dispute, tax, backup, or legal records may be retained where required.
Other privacy requests
Individual-record correction or deletion requests require identity and workspace-authority verification. A monitored privacy channel, jurisdictional response calendar, appeal process, and backup-deletion procedure must be established before public enrollment.
Exceptions
Deletion may be limited where retention is required for security, fraud prevention, payment or tax records, legal claims, a legal hold, or another obligation. Any denial should identify the reason and available appeal or complaint rights.
