Acceptable use policy
Use Marketplace Pilot lawfully, truthfully, safely, and in accordance with every connected marketplace’s rules.
Prohibited listings and conduct
- Illegal, stolen, counterfeit, recalled, unsafe, regulated, or marketplace-prohibited goods or services.
- Fraud, impersonation, discriminatory conduct, harassment, threats, exploitation, or facilitating harm.

- Collecting, importing, exposing, or using personal information without authority or for an unrelated purpose.
- Scraping, unattended personal-account botting, evading limits, bypassing access controls, using another person’s credentials, or violating third-party terms.
- Malware, unauthorized security testing, interference, excessive requests, reverse engineering, or attempts to obtain another workspace’s data.
- Manipulating metrics, reviews, referrals, or experiments, or using the service to train a competing system without permission.
Safety and payments
Do not direct buyers into unsafe meetings, encourage unverified payment methods, request unnecessary sensitive information, or represent Marketplace Pilot as escrow, insurance, identity verification, or transaction protection. Pause and investigate suspected fraud.
Enforcement
Marketplace Pilot may block a draft, restrict an integration, preserve evidence, or suspend access when reasonably necessary to prevent harm. Serious or repeated violations may result in termination and, where required, reporting to providers or authorities.
Reporting
A monitored abuse-reporting channel and appeal procedure must be established before public enrollment. During the preview, users should stop the relevant activity and use the support path available in their account.
This founder-preview document reflects the product’s current design and intended controls. It is not legal advice and must be reviewed with Marketplace Pilot’s final legal entity, jurisdictions, vendors, pricing, and operational procedures before public or paid enrollment.
